Envestnet is seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer to join our Technology department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location. The vast majority of the nation's leading banks, the largest wealth management and brokerage firms, and over 500 of the largest RIAs rely on Envestnet's wealth management platform and solutions to drive business growth, boost productivity, and deliver better financial outcomes for their clients. The Application Engineering Support (AES) team is responsible for a range of critical tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient functioning and high availability of Envestnet's Unified Wealth Management Platform, which encompasses modules such as accounting, model management, trading, billing, financial planning, performance computations, investment research, and reporting. The AES team acts as a crucial bridge between Customer Service, Infrastructure Operations, Operations, and the Development teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to continuously improve platform reliability, functionality, and overall performance. The team is also responsible for problem management and service requests with strong emphasis on meeting Service Level Agreements and collaborating with developers to report and track software bugs.
