We're looking for Lead Software engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including Mobile app design and development, AR/VR integrations in Healthcare, Micro Services, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security & Analytics, IoT, artificial intelligence, natural language processing etc, the list goes on and is growing every day. As a Lead Software engineer, you will be designing and building next generation Healthcare digital capabilities leveraging latest technology stack and platforms. Lead, mentor and grow a team of diverse software engineers.We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture Estimated salary range for this position is $126148.63 - $163993.22 / year depending on experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
10+ years of professional software development experience.
7+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java/C++/C# including object-oriented design or any js technologies like Nodejs, Reactjs etc.
5+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills.
Effective Leader, collaborator, experienced in creating technical partnerships across teams.
