ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Lead Application Developers at our Alpharetta, GA location. Responsibilities: Responsible for participating in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Design and develop Java based web applications to meet business & technology objectives using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with Product Management, Business and Partner Development teams to deliver best in class software solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure the code base is built using good coding practices Ability to lead a scrum team to deliver features/initiatives Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions.

  • Design and develop Java based web applications to meet business & technology objectives using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Business and Partner Development teams to deliver best in class software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure the code base is built using good coding practices
  • Ability to lead a scrum team to deliver features/initiatives
  • Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software.
  • Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience must include: Design and development of Java based web applications; Object-oriented design and analysis; Agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe); Test driven development(TDD) and continuous integration; Java 8+; Junit; Spring; Hibernate; Camel; MQ; IOC containers; Application Servers: Tomcat; Eclipse and Jenkins; Maven; GIT; Oracle; REST Webservices; JSON; XML; and Analyzing third party tools and developing POCs to help drive decisions.
