Your Role Lead technical delivery of integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and assign them effectively. Review code and provide hands-on support for issue resolution and solution design. Drive agile ceremonies and collaborate with architects and analysts for technical feasibility. Optimize resource utilization, monitor progress, and mentor team members for continuousimprovement. Requirements

8–10 years of experience in software development and integration projects with strong MuleSoft expertise
Proficiency in API design, MUnit testing, RAML specifications, and DataWeave transformations.
Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and message-based communication protocols.
Hands-on experience with CloudHub deployments, performance tuning,and DevOps practices including CI/CD.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and team mentoring skills with excellent communication abilities
