Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must have National Board Certification.
  • Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing.
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred.
  • Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred but not required.
  • GI experience a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in EMR systems & technology.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Gastro Suite within the Auburn Mall and occasionally cover at the Worcester Medical Center and Leominster.
  • Lead a team of three Advanced Practitioner Clinicians.
  • Conduct assessments, consults, and hospital follow-ups.
  • Assist in GI testing including colonoscopies and other screenings.
  • Participate in the surgery program within Reliant Medical Group.
  • Utilize the state of the art Epic EMR system.
