About The Position
Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Trace at North Major apartment community in Beaumont, TX. This is a Conventional property with 108 units. The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and performing major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service to the community's residents. This position is crucial in ensuring that the apartment community is well-maintained and that residents have a positive living experience. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks, including but not limited to appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
