  • Review business requirements for new clients or opportunities and define the system scope, ensuring alignment with implementation goals and technical feasibility.
  • Participate in customer meetings to present IT solutions and clearly define the scope of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
  • Prepare detailed cost models based on client requirements, project assumptions, and defined scope to support accurate planning and budgeting.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and business process leads to analyze technical requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to define process requirements and system changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Implementation and support experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems.
  • Expertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
  • Thorough understanding of current information systems technologies such as client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating technical concepts and plans at all levels.
  • Availability to travel up to 10% of the time depending on project status and business needs.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting.
