We are searching for the best talent for a Lead Analyst, Sales Excellence to join our US Surgical Vision team. This position is remote based within the US, with a strong preference for the ideal candidate to reside within the Irvine, CA office location. The Lead Analyst, Sales Excellence provides critical support to the US Sales Excellence team, Sales Leadership, and Corporate Accounts. This role is designed for a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where business priorities can shift quickly. Success in this role comes from being proactive, flexible, and reliable in supporting sales leadership, district business managers, and corporate account initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, or related field).
  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance Management, or related field required, preferably within the medical device or FDA-regulated industry.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of presenting complex data in a clear, concise format.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, product offerings, and business objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MHA) with a focus in Marketing, Economics, or Finance preferred.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize new projects and programs - building timelines, workflows, tools, and communications to ensure adoption and execution.
  • Track and report KPIs (SFE activity, budgeting, FCR metrics, commercial foundation) to support Sales Leadership visibility.
  • Provide partnership support for Corporate Accounts, ensuring alignment on customer priorities and national sales strategies.
  • Map out tactical processes with cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, ProfEd, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of new initiatives.
  • Support sales planning processes by maintaining trackers, timelines, and execution tools.
  • Assist with the rollout of new initiatives, tools, and processes to the field team.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • Create and maintain process maps to simplify workflows and improve execution consistency.
  • Support evolution of Field Coaching Report (FCR) systems and related sales effectiveness tools.
  • Monitor and support usage of sales systems, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for field and corporate account teams requesting reporting, process clarification, or tools.
  • Provide support for tradeshows, training sessions, and other sales events.
  • Provide reliable follow-through on assigned projects to meet deadlines and support execution discipline.
  • Coordinate agendas, scheduling, and logistics for Sales Leadership meetings, forums, and offsites.
  • Track and follow up on action items from leadership forums to ensure accountability and progress.
