About The Position

As a Lead Analyst Financial Systems, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing financial software solutions that streamline processes and enhance efficiency for our Finance team. This position focuses on medium to large-scale projects, typically ranging from 4-12 months, and requires strong expertise in finance systems and project management. #LI-EA1

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in financial systems implementation or support
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of financial systems, including requirements gathering and documentation, configuration, and testing
• Develop project plans, charters, and timelines; manage deliverables to ensure on-time completion
• Create test scenarios and execute test scripts; oversee user acceptance testing and quality assurance
• Product training, documentation and administration
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert, assisting users and troubleshooting system issues
