About The Position

Your Opportunity at the Lead Analyst, Finance Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 35% onsite expectation In this role you will: Optimize business performance by providing Supply Chain cost support and financial analysis to internal teams Provide leadership to the Supply Chain Finance team to ensure continued professional development and technical skills Provide financial analysis, interpretation and communication of key issues and metrics to leadership along with recommendations for course correction Track Operational Metrics / KPIs and manage performance. Maintain a “pulse” on business trends and perform dynamic planning to help both SBA and Supply Chain Services meet business goals Support Distribution actuals and forecast needs Develop / deliver monthly Reporting for leadership Participate in business planning; prepare and coordinate Distribution plan and work with Supply Chain and Operations Finance partners Be a leader in supporting the Warehousing organization Identify areas of improvements and standardization Participate in projects – when needed What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of accounting or finance experience Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role: Supply Chain Accounting or Supply Chain Finance Experience utilizing or updating financial dashboards (ex: Spotfire, tableau) Highly organized and highest standards of accuracy and precision Right Place for You We are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4+ years of accounting or finance experience
