About The Position

The Lead Analyst-EHSS position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a full-time role focused on managing the collection, tracking, and analysis of sustainability data. This role is crucial for informing reporting on progress and ongoing strategy in areas such as waste management, greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3), and water and electricity usage. The analyst will support corporate environmental and sustainability leadership to align and collaborate with various departments, integrating sustainable practices into daily operations and business processes. The position involves leading the design and implementation of operational and utility sustainability initiatives, creating and maintaining sustainability data dashboards, and driving innovation in sustainable practices and technologies. The analyst will also lead the Sustainability Working Group, influence operations teams, and communicate effectively with business leaders and ESG professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
• 3 - 5 years of experience with corporate environmental topics.
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Broad knowledge of environmental/compliance topics and applicable regulations.

• Experience in a corporate sustainability setting within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of environmental sustainability issues and impact measurement.
• Accustomed to working in a global, diverse, and dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Advanced Data Visualization Skills (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage collection, tracking, and analysis of sustainability data.
