The compensation systems lead analyst collaborates with internal teams to deliver incentive compensation systems to the selling organization that are complete, accurate, and trusted. The role's responsibilities include requirement gathering, plan system configuration design, testing, and validation along with projects for continuous system enhancement. This role involves planning strategy, quota, and compensation levers along with vendor partnership to develop and deliver automated incentive compensation calculations and reporting. The role develops and enhances collaboration, influencing, and project management capabilities.
