We are searching for the best talent for a Lead Analyst Compensation Systems. The role can be located in Warsaw, Indiana, West Chester, Pennsylvania, Raritan, New Jersey or Raynham, Massachusetts. The compensation systems lead analyst collaborates with internal teams to deliver incentive compensation systems to the selling organization that are complete, accurate, and trusted. The role's responsibilities include requirement gathering, plan system configuration design, testing, and validation along with projects for continuous system enhancement. This role involves planning strategy, quota, and compensation levers along with vendor partnership to develop and deliver automated incentive compensation calculations and reporting. The role develops and enhances collaboration, influencing, and project management capabilities.

  • Administration of sales compensation within the system(s)
  • Provide mentorship to the Payout, Business Unit and Deployment to ensure system is efficient, complete, and accurately processing calculations to meet business needs
  • Develop, present and communicate findings to all levels of Management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in functionally required computer software packages such as Access, Sales IQ, Zaidyn, Workday
  • Intermediate skill level for Access
  • Expert skill level for Excel
  • Experience with UAT and validation is required
  • Shown collaboration and influence within a team is required
  • Knowledge of incentive compensation, compensation systems, and validation activities is required
  • Direct experience in the development of system requirements as well as testing, and validation activities is preferred
