About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 7+ years of experience in the analysis, design and management of U.S. and/or global employee benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations/statutory obligations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other relevant concentration.
  • Experience working for a global/multinational company.
  • 2+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of global employee benefits.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Certification in Benefits (e.g., CEBS).

Responsibilities

  • Explore concepts, develop strategies, and recommend benefits plan design changes in support of business and talent strategy.
  • Analyze complex issues and data to identify and resolve challenges, requiring conceptual thinking and problem-solving.
  • Develop complex benefit plan design and vendor arrangements, ensuring employee experience aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Research healthcare delivery models, analyze competitive market data, and assess best practices relevant to managed countries.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, set clear expectations, and monitor performance against service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with Global Benefits Operations to ensure benefit and time away plan design can be operationalized.
  • Develop benefits communication strategies to ensure understanding of the company's offerings among candidates and employees.
  • Draft employee communications and education materials.
  • Lead benefit plan renewal processes across international markets as needed.
  • Ensure policies meet statutory requirements and are compliant with collective bargaining agreements.
