About The Position

Pharmacist ensures the safe effective and financially responsible use of medications by providing optimal drug product selection dosage regimen design effective administration and drug therapy monitoring services in the Medical Center. The anticipated schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with some rotation for weekends and holidays. Comp days are available during the week where a weekend shift is required. Final shift assignments are made at the discretion and approval of the hiring manager. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D required
  • No experience required
  • Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required

  • 2 Years of experience in retail pharmacy settings
  • Virginia State Board of Pharmacy License
