Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
  • Ability to work on rotating “on-call” service schedule
  • Advanced knowledge of DSC required
  • Advanced knowledge of Qolsys preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of 2GIG
  • Advanced knowledge of Alarm.com products required
  • Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of access control
  • Strong knowledge of both hard-wired and wireless installation
  • Strong knowledge of new construction trim
  • Strong knowledge of networking
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Strong knowledge of large deployments in custom homes
  • Clean driving record and background check
  • Current Sheriffs card or ability to obtain required
  • Minimum 5 years security and surveillance required
  • Positive attitude and teamwork required

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm.com certification preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Qolsys preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete security and surveillance installations

  • Interact with sales staff so install is completed based on customer expectations
