About The Position

The lead tech needs to be able to get the techs lined up on duties for the day, submit daily reports and coordinate with the managers. Technicians will be Pre-wiring and installing security systems, including access control, CCTV and intrusion alarms. Need to work with other techs and Project Managers by completing and filing all project documentation and working together. Technicians will be working on a variety of commercial installations including, hospitals, airports, corporate offices Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Security systems at customer sites. Installation will include, but not limited to: Video Surveillance systems, IP and Analog cameras, wireless, Access Control panels, Intrusion Panels, magnetic locks, card readers, motion sensors, door contacts, electric door strikes, etc. Perform assigned projects within scope, in a timely manner, and on budget. Provide customers with system operation and training. Excellent attention to detail including maintaining concise daily records and following of operational standards and practices. Coordinate with Project Management and Field Technicians for project scheduling.

Must have PPE before starting: Hard hat with chin strips ($20-$200 which they don't have to have an expensive one), safety glasses, steel toed shoes, vest
regularly required to stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop
regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, and type on keyboard; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
The use of power tools will be required to effectively perform this position
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
