About The Position

The Lead Shuttle Driver trains, coaches and dispatches other shuttle drivers. The position involves picking up and dropping off guests at specified stops along designated routes to facilitate getting guests to and from parking lots and locations. The Lead Shuttle Driver is responsible for maintaining shuttle equipment in optimal operational and optical condition and assisting other operations as necessary, including Parking, Guest Safety and Service, Food and Beverage, and emptying garbage. The role requires performing any reasonable tasks as requested by management and understanding, supporting, and implementing policies and procedures concerning carpooling, maverick parking, and uphill parking. Additionally, the Lead Shuttle Driver must maintain awareness of special events, groups, and other circumstances that may affect normal operations, and perform responsibilities related to sustainability, waste diversion, and efficiency. Compliance with CHP, Commercial Transport Regulations, DOT, ADA, and OSHA requirements is essential.

Requirements

  • One year of similar experience preferred (box truck, delivery, non CDL driving).
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must meet all requirements to receive required badges and seals (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical.

  • Ensures compliance with CHP, Commercial Transport Regulations, DOT, ADA, and OSHA.
