About The Position

This onsite position in Lewisberry, Pa, will partner with business units for hand-on build/configure design, deploy, and optimize AI solutions and AI agents to enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value. This role bridges technical AI capabilities and practical business workflows, ensuring successful adoption across the organization. core Responsibilities This role ensures that technology investments translate into real-world impact by bridging the gap between innovation and execution. This position will be responsible for solving real business challenges through the creative use of AI by: Collaborate with Business Areas: Work closely with department leaders to identify high-impact use cases for AI-based solutions, AI agents and align solutions with business objectives. AI Solution Development: Lead the development and implementation of AI agents to automate tasks. AI Agent Deployment: Configure, test, and implement AI agents using approved platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Azure AI). Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. Change Management & Adoption: Develop training programs, documentation, and communication plans to drive user adoption and minimize resistance. Customization & Optimization: Tailor AI agents for specific business processes, including prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and integration with enterprise data sources. Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI implementations adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously refine AI agent performance based on feedback and analytics. Monitor and refine usage to boost solution effectiveness and user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, data teams, and external vendors to maintain technical integrity and scalability.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding and hands-on use of AI concepts (Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning pipelines) and enterprise platforms.
  • Experience in project management and change management .
  • Capable of converting business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot , Power Platform , or comparable development AI ecosystems.
  • 10-15 years of IT development experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Must be able to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to clients and staff.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in both oral and written form.
  • Must be able to read, interpret, and apply technical instructions effectively.
  • Must maintain current knowledge on technical subjects to respond to user questions and adapt to changing technologies.
  • With direction from the CIO, must be able to prioritize requests, organize, schedule, and coordinate a variety of activities and projects.
  • Must be able to learn new software packages.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Must establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all those contacted during work.
