Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in an architectural or leadership role
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
- Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams
- Solid leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices
- Solution Design: Design and document scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures that meet business requirements
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and developers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Code Reviews/Collaboration: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Collaboration with dev team to ensure timely deliverables and resolve any technical blockers
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring systems are optimized for speed and reliability
- Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and guidelines
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the architecture and propose mitigation strategies
- Compliance: Ensure that solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate AI/innovative practices into the architecture
