This role leads the design and delivery of scalable voice and chat solutions using Amazon Connect, owning contact flows, integrations, and overall platform reliability. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., with a requirement to work in the office a minimum of four days per week for hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with APIs, event-driven design, and IVR systems
2+ years of experience with Node.js
2+ years of experience with AWS: Amazon Web Services, Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway
2+ years of experience with conversational: Amazon Lex
