About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience building AI products in Python and modern AI frameworks.
Experience with agent-driven systems, CI/CD, databases, and full-stack development.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you’ll take ownership of hard problems.
A builder at heart, someone who wants to influence product, engineering, and technical culture from day one.

Bonus if you’ve worked in enterprise software, startups, or AI-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and ship production-ready AI agent systems that read, edit, and flag risks in enterprise contracts and documents.
Collaborate directly with founders and product leaders to define technical strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
Design intelligent full-stack solutions across Python, databases, backend systems, and front-end integrations.
Own code quality, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes.
Push the boundaries of agent frameworks (LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen) and AI-first engineering practices.
Measure success, optimize workflows, and continuously improve product performance at scale.
