About The Position

This role is a critical piece in our Product organization that helps to translate strategy into action as we work to make the digital experience at Quest universally lovable for all of our constituents. The AI Analyst will oversee AI product development, deployments, and compliance, ensuring that AI solutions align with strict regulatory standards and quality benchmarks. This individual will drive data-informed decision-making across the AI product lifecycle, from strategy development and governance to execution and ongoing operations. Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH). The position can be based in one of the following locations; Secaucus, NJ, Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, Schaumburg IL

Oversee AI product development
Oversee AI deployments
Oversee AI compliance
Ensuring that AI solutions align with strict regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
Drive data-informed decision-making across the AI product lifecycle, from strategy development and governance to execution and ongoing operations.
