As the Lead AI Agentic Engineer on the End User Engineering team, you will define and drive the technical vision for the next generation of autonomous IT operations. You will architect, scale, and operationalize agentic AI solutions that proactively resolve issues, eliminate operational burden, and strengthen enterprise security. In this role, you will own the technical roadmap, act as the primary technical SME, and collaborate across IT, security, and business teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable AI-driven workflows and agents that transform the employee experience and safeguard our IT environment. This position is an indivdual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, End User Engineering.
