  • Provide extraordinary customer service to high caliber passengers.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in various inclement weather conditions.
  • Ensure passengers and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft.
  • Operate vehicles in various weather and visibility conditions.
  • Drive vehicles in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipment.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and training ability as a Lead Agent.
  • Coordinate the overall operation within assigned functional area and report to management.
  • Conduct agent observations and associated activities.
  • Administer local training such as on-the-job training with new hires.
  • Responsible for scheduling and manpower utilization.
  • Maintain supplies, inventory, and control logs.
  • Prepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies, and compile statistical data for reports.
  • Assist management in the completion of administrative duties and perform agent work as required.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Ability to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions while influencing a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines, or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.
  • Driver's License required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days off.
  • Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary.
  • Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • One year of previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous working experience transporting passengers preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand Spanish (in some locations) preferred.
