As a Lead, Affiliate Marketing, you own and optimize key components of our affiliate program, playing a critical role in its expansion and performance. You drive initiatives that grow affiliate revenue, enhance partner engagement, and streamline operational workflows. You combine analytical thinking with creative execution to scale programs that contribute directly to business growth. You manage and support team members working on affiliate initiatives, fostering accountability and excellence in execution. You also collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Legal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader company goals. Your ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and build strong relationships with partners enables you to elevate one of our most strategic acquisition channels.
