The Lead Advisor, Change and Culture Communications serves as a senior enterprise communications advisor , leading change communications for Chevron’s most complex, high ‑ impact transformation efforts , including mergers and acquisitions, enterprise organizational redesigns, AI ‑ enabled transformation, and large ‑ scale culture change. This role shapes strategy and advises senior leaders, using compelling, inspiring communications to drive alignment, adoption, and behavior change across the enterprise. This role focuses on enterprise outcomes rather than storytelling or narrative ownership.
