The Lead Marketing Measurement Analytics role is a Senior Manager level role responsible for leading AT&T's marketing measurement program, developing and maintaining a suite of statistical analysis, including market mix models (MMM), to generate actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. The individual is the main program manager for 1 or more AT&T lines of business, serving as the project manager, data expert, insights analyst, lead presenter, and technical advisor on all marketing measurement modeling and analytics. The individual will need to partner with internal teams across marketing, operations, and finance, manage external agencies and consultancies to develop insights and tactics to increase sales, lower churn, develop the brand and optimize AT&T’s deployment of advertising messages, mass media, social media, direct/digital marketing, sponsorship, and offers.
