About The Position

The Lead Advanced Analytics in Digital Role is to provide deep business insights related to the addition and removal of Feature Add-Ons. You will work closely with Business, Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities to optimize feature decisions that drive user engagement and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the impact of Digital feature add-ons and removals to identify opportunities for growth and optimization for the Digital Channel.
  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks and KPIs that assess business outcomes linked to Feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable insights that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques, including experimentation and predictive modeling, to evaluate feature-related initiatives.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure analytics align with data quality and governance best practices.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital product analytics and Feature optimization.
  • Develop business cases and create complex models utilizing big data analytics tools (Ex- Tableau, Power BI, AI Insights, Databricks) for modeling and process integration, and to make recommendations for improvements to processes, financials, business models, etc.
  • Build and test predictive models on various data samples and verifies their accuracy in real-world scenarios (Ex- Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series).
  • Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports and charts, and advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions.
  • Advise business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
