About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Your strategic vision will help serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections Strategically analyze healthcare and other employee benefits and human resources data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis, thereby driving informed decision-making and optimizing health plan performance. What you'll do: Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets to solve a variety of health plan and employee benefits problems, predict behaviors, and identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions. Well-versed with Snowflake and Databricks environments and other healthcare data warehouses and data infrastructure. Data sources including but not limited to internal sources, healthcare claims data, program engagement data, and other health plan and employee benefits resources. Apply a range of advanced statistical methods to quantify data variances and uses traditional modeling techniques to support decision-making. Develop business cases and create complex models utilizing big data analytics tools (Ex- Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, Databricks, Snowflake) for modeling and process integration, and to make recommendations for improvements to processes, financials, business models, etc. Build and test predictive models on various data samples and verifies their accuracy in real-world scenarios (Ex- Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series). Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports and charts, and advise strategic and operational partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions. Advise the health plan team and other leadership stakeholders with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes. What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 5+ years of related experience, specifically in the healthcare, employee benefits, and/or health insurance spaces. Requirements
