About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Adolescent PHP Therapist to join our dedicated team in Lansdale. This role involves providing compassionate care through group, individual, and family therapy while fostering a positive, therapeutic environment for adolescent clients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Providing counseling services in group and individual settings with adolescents
• Proficiency in addressing mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, suicidality, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges in adolescents

Nice To Haves

• Family therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group, individual, and family therapy sessions for adolescents
• Conduct level-of-care assessments
• Develop and maintain treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and staff
• Address adolescents’ behavioral and emotional needs through therapy and crisis intervention
• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with program standards
• Evaluate client progress and attend meetings to ensure continuity of care
• Support other programming needs as appropriate
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and supervision as required
• Uphold ethical boundaries and promote a safe therapeutic space
