The Administrative Assistant (Lead) provides senior administrative leadership in support of FPS training and program operations. This role oversees contractor staff scheduling, workload assignments, attendance tracking, and coordination with the COR and Task Manager through regular reporting and performance support. The position manages key training administration functions, including classroom scheduling, student onboarding documentation, logistical support for instructors, and coordination of graduation events. Additional responsibilities include maintaining official records, safeguarding sensitive information, preparing correspondence and reports, and supporting meetings, policy development, and training program activities.
