As a Lead Activator, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospects who have expressed interest in our services, transferring them to the appropriate department without engaging in cold calling or direct selling. This role is designed to provide you with the foundational skills necessary to advance into a top-paid sales position, with potential earnings ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 per year after promotion. At PostcardMania, we utilize innovative direct mail marketing techniques, including postcards and web marketing, to help businesses across the country expand their reach. This full-time position requires you to work in-office from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
