About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Accounting Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving accounting systems and processes while fulfilling daily accounting needs. You will contribute to building insightful financial reporting and supporting compliance with tax regulations. Your efforts will assist the company to manage financial audits and integrate data across various systems, thereby driving efficiency within the accounting function. Requirements

• 10+ years of high-growth accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in accounting systems and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience as a NetSuite power user or administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills for data and report automation.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and month-end support to the accounting team.
• Drive compliance with state and local taxes.
• Support external financial statement audits and quarterly reviews.
• Manage the rollout of internal control programs and documentation.
• Design and maintain accounting workflows and reporting systems.
• Implement system solutions that simplify and scale accounting processes.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual work and error risks.
