As a Lead Accountant on Corporate HR Control and Employee Accounting team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our HR department. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities including learning and helping support the administration of the Executive Deferred Compensation and Director Deferral Plans, 401k plan accounting, preparing account reconciliations for all federal, state, and local tax liability accounts and acting as the Reviewer for Corporate HR health and benefits plan journal entries and account reconciliations. Your role involves independent judgment to hypothesize the causes of changes in expenses, and the skill to extract, manipulate, and combine data to support your conclusions.
