The Lead Account Manager will strive to deliver fantastic customer service to drive client satisfaction and renewals. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for Collective clients, the Lead Account Manager will work to deliver strategic, data-driven upsell opportunities to clients while also ensuring seamless execution of programming, ensure on time launches and exceptional execution of Annual Plans.
