Job Overview This role manages outbound business sales leads to acquire new customers for targeted enterprise and strategic accounts with decentralized purchasing models. It involves conducting discovery conversations to identify suitable products and services for each customer and promoting specific offers. The role includes researching and fraud-checking businesses before sales engagement and managing the business verification process with relevant teams. Success is measured by effective customer acquisition, accurate verification, and supporting post-sale customer needs while assisting in team development. The work impacts organizational sales growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring secure transactions and ongoing support for business customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years - Inbound/Outbound commissioned environment
  • 2-4 years - Business customer service, sales, or retention
  • Organization and Task Management: Demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy, and work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking. (Required)
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn and follow processes thoroughly, work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management, maintain a mature, self-motivated, positive, professional attitude, and adapt effectively in a new role. (Required)
  • Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, as well as experience with WebEx, Dialpad, and Google applications. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer communications and follow-ups using multiple channels to drive outbound and inbound sales engagement
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and build tailored sales quotes using product knowledge and sales tools
  • Partner with verification and fraud teams to validate new business customers and prevent fraudulent activities
  • Assist in coaching and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance skills
  • Follow lead management processes to qualify customers and research businesses to ensure compliance and fraud prevention
  • Provide post-sale customer support by coordinating with technical and sales support teams to resolve issues and handle escalations
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
