Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service, specifically with service and troubleshooting of access control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in access control technologies and systems.
  • Must be familiar with LonelS2 or similar access control systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Willing to obtain LonelS2 training certification to support this position once onboard.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Experience in managing service requests and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues using a multi meter with proven troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as part of the field services team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for access control systems and other Building Automation needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute service plans that meet customer requirements.
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the Cleveland, OH area.
