About The Position

Lead 1 is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, adhering to established process parameters, working under general supervision. Your role: Inspects the product by conducting thorough quality checks according to specified instructions, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards throughout the production process. Reports any disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing group leader, facilitating swift resolution and minimizing operational disruptions. Adheres to the compliance of components, parts, and documents with quality specifications before advancing to subsequent stages of the process, ensuring product integrity and quality assurance Proposes and implements improvements aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and the overall work environment, contributing to continuous enhancement in operational efficiency. This role will cover 2nd shift hours from 2:15pm to 10:45pm in a 5-day work week. We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role. We are a health technology company. Requirements

  • You’ve acquired 1+ years in line leadership or similar manufacturing role preferred
  • Your skills include environmental health and safety, manufacturing principles, digital literacy, machine operations, quality monitoring, recordkeeping, precision machining, equipment set-up, process improvements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and manufacturing schematics
  • You have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. Technical training or leadership courses preferred
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
  • Work flexible hours as needed based on business needs (i.e. other shifts; weekends, on-call; mandatory extra hours dependent on workload).
