About The Position

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• CLEET certified or ability to complete certification within the first year of hire.
• Knowledge of investigation principles and techniques.
• Understanding of state and federal laws pertaining to controlled substances.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate information.
• Ability to carry out undercover work assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in law enforcement or criminal investigations.
• Familiarity with firearms and firearm safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigates violations of state laws concerning narcotics and dangerous drugs.
• Makes arrests and participates in undercover operations, raids, and surveillance.
