About The Position

The Division of Student Life at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville invites applications for a LDA Triage and Crisis Clinician at the Student Counseling Center (SCC). Triage and Crisis Clinicians work as members of the triage team within the SCC. Team members assess and appropriately connect students seeking mental health care to services as indicated (group and individual therapy, medication services, crisis resources, crisis stabilization, inpatient, etc.) and use Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) model. Triage and Crisis Clinicians also provide Crisis Appointments via drop-in services and by appointment as assigned.
