Position Summary Directs and oversees and the operational functions of our organization by providing strategic direction, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient and effective development and execution of operations across multiple departments.
Requirements
- 10-12 years work experience in new a technical and operational role.
- 5 years of leadership experience with direct and indirect oversight.
- 10 years of experience managing KPI’s and SLA’s
Nice To Haves
- 5 years leading clinical coders
- 5 years of experience in automation and cost efficiency oversight
