About The Position

The Digital Marketing Communications Specialist at HCSC is responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing communications strategies that align with the enterprise business plan. This entry-level position involves leading the daily operations of the digital communications team, measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of diverse business and technology experience, understanding the business and industry the technology supports.
  • Knowledge of usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
  • Experience in electronic marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Experience in a web production environment.
  • Understanding of the limitations of the platform when designing new features and enhancements.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging digital communications technologies (i.e., Web 2.0).
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership or supervisory and problem-solving skills.
  • Personnel management and staff development skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in building working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience utilizing MS Office Products.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Informatics.
  • Ability to develop a multi-channel, data-driven digital marketing strategy, incorporating channel best practices.
  • Experience with logic-based, multi-channel campaigns and high-volume deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver digital marketing communications strategies that support the enterprise business plan.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the digital communications development and operation team.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of communications.
  • Keep leadership and business partners informed through formal and informal methods.
  • Serve as an expert and go-to person for product, process, channel, and platform.
