About The Position

As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing military kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control and maintaining inventory levels. You will lead by example, providing guidance and direction to kitchen staff while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are met. Your responsibilities may extend to employee scheduling and training, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills. You will also oversee special functions and events, implement training programs for staff development, and ensure compliance with client and company health and safety regulations. Drawing upon your extensive experience and culinary expertise, you will devise innovative culinary creations, showcasing your creativity and flair in the kitchen.
