LCV NORTHCOM: Laborer Foreman - Dona Ana

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled US Army training exercises. KBR's LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operations by providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations. As a Laborer Foreman, you will lead and supervise a team of laborers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. You will also conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Provide oversight of subcontracted workforce to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
