About The Position

Alternative Services is a leading Behavioral Health Agency providing comprehensive support and services to individuals with behavioral/mental health needs. We operate multiple residential settings and case management programs, and we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide oversight and clinical supervision to Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRTs) and Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians/Clinicians (MHRT/Cs) across residential settings and case management services . The Clinical Supervisor will ensure effective implementation of treatment plans, guide clinical staff, and promote positive outcomes for individuals with behavioral health needs.

Requirements

LCSW or LCPC

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the Acentra Health (formerly Kepro)
Knowledge of OBH/MaineCare regulations
Ability to complete LMNs (Letters of Medical Necessity) & Intake Information
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Experience in residential and/or case management behavioral health settings

Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to MHRTs and MHRT/Cs in residential and case management programs.
Motivate and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans for individuals with behavioral health challenges.
Monitor clinical documentation and ensure adherence to agency policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality care and positive client outcomes.
Conduct trainings and ongoing staff development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Support staff in the use of the State system (Acentra Health (formerly Kepro)) and the completion of Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) , as applicable.
