Arkansas LMFT/LCSW/LPCC Remote/Teletherapy Full Time Position - Interviewing Now
About The Position
HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is hiring a Colorado-licensed therapist to join their national telehealth behavioral health network. This is a fully remote, full-time W-2 role where clinicians provide therapy services while HealthLinkNow manages scheduling, administrative support, and technology. Therapists provide remote behavioral health care supporting multiple facilities within the UHS network, working with both inpatient and outpatient populations and collaborating with facility care teams. All therapy sessions and services are delivered through HealthLinkNow’s secure telehealth platform.
Requirements
- Active Colorado clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or LMHC)
- Licensure in Arkansas (HealthLinkNow will cover the cost of obtaining the Arkansas license upon hire)
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and documentation skills
