We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Supervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with one of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or PsyD.
  • Must possess 2+ years of experience supervising or leading pre-licensed Therapist (Masters level and Partially Licensed).
  • Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
  • Experience working with an array of populations, diagnoses, including co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Support Program Therapist that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants.
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine the mental health needs and interventions necessary of clients entering the Intensive Outpatient Program to establish therapy treatment goals.
  • Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups.
  • Work directly with the patient and families, to ensure active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services as assigned using evidence-based modalities and interventions.
  • Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
  • Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, providing support and resources to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journey.
