Seeking LCSW Clinical Supervisor
About The Position
We are seeking a sensational LCSW Supervisor at our Midlothian Clinic This role has a clear career growth path! Have experience working in a fee-or-service private practice clinical supervisor level-role. Have experience providing clinical supervision to MSW/LMSW therapists. Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 22-25 Clients. Long term stability and opportunities for growth. Thrive in a performance-based compensations environment.

Responsibilities
- Support hiring and onboarding of all new hires, ensuring all re1uired clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.
- Hold Staff accountable for meeting performance expectations.
- Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Growth Action Plans and termination as needed.
- Create and sustain an atmosphere that fosters collaboration, inclusion and growth.
- Provide clinical oversight to the clinic's mental health practitioners and professionals, including signing clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with Owners and Corporate Staff to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency.
