Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field. Licensed with LMFT or LCSW for 2 years or more Current license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist. At least 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision in a mental health or related field. Experience providing behavioral and mental health services to children and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for the delivery of behavioral and mental health services. Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to support a team of clinicians and staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Supervise a team of clinicians and oversee the delivery of evidence-based behavioral and mental health interventions in schools and community settings. Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to staff to ensure the delivery of culturally responsive and trauma-informed services. Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support the development and implementation of behavioral and mental health programs and services. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure program effectiveness and fidelity to evidence-based practices. Develop and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth. Participate in the development of grant proposals and program budgets. Collaborate with the behavioral and mental health team and other BACR program areas to support the overall mission and strategic plan of the agency.
