About The Position
Vista Community Clinic is a private, non-profit, multi-specialty outpatient clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive and high-quality healthcare services. Our mission is to advance community health and hope by ensuring access to premier health services across San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (ACSW) to join our enthusiastic team of dedicated professionals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, determining, and providing a full spectrum of psychosocial support programs to children, adults, and families. You will develop individual care plans tailored to the needs of each patient, support their efforts to comply with these plans, and counsel high-risk patients. Collaboration is key, as you will consult with physicians and therapy staff to assess client and family needs in relation to medical efforts. Additionally, you will conduct group education sessions to enhance patient understanding and compliance with their care plans.
